Igor KimGeneral DirectorIgor was appointed Chairman of the MDM Bank Management Board in August 2009. He had also served in this position for MDM Bank in the time between the announcement and completion of the merger between MDM Bank and URSA Bank. Before joining MDM, Igor had been since 2006 Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Strategy Committee at URSA Bank, which was created as a result of a merger between Uralvneshtorgbank and Sibacadembank. Prior to this merger, Igor served as both Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sibacadembank, where he had worked since 1997, and Chairman of Supervisory Board of Uralvneshtorgbank, in which he had acquired a stake in 2004. Between 2001 and 2004, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Caspian (Kazakhstan). Igor began his career in banking in 1993 at Russky Narodny Bank as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Igor graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Economic Cybernetics in 1990. |

Kirill BrelFirst Deputy General Director, Management Board MemberKirill was elected to the Management Board of the merged MDM Bank in August 2009. He had previously, since 2006, sat on the URSA Bank Board of Directors. Kirill’s career in banking started at Sibacadembank, which he joined in 1999 and rose through the ranks from Deputy Director of the foreign economic activity department (1999), to head of the bank’s Kuzbass branch (2002), to Deputy General Director (2002) and finally to General Director in 2005. He has two degrees from Kemerovo State University, one in finance and one in history, and was awarded the prestigious “Best Russian Banker” award at the XXI Century Russian Banks international banking forum in 2005. |

Nikita RiauzovManagement Board Member, Managing Director of Investment DepartmentNikita was elected to the merged MDM Bank Management Board in September 2009. He is Head of the Corporate Financing Department, which was reorganized from the pre-merger MDM Bank investment banking, where he had been Head of Investment Banking since 2007. Nikita is in responsible for debt and equity financing for corporate clients, consulting in M&A transactions, as well as the raising of funding on the capital markets. Between 2005 and 2007 he served as Head of Debt Capital Markets, and 2003-2005 was Deputy Director of the Investment Department and Head of Private Banking. From 1998 until joining MDM, Nikita worked for Zenit Bank, where in 2002 he was promoted to Head of Investment Banking, ascending to the bank’s management board. He started his career in banking at Roseksimbank. Nikita graduated from the Russian State Financial Academy with a degree in Finance and Credit. |

Vladislav KhokhlovFirst Deputy General Director, Management Board MemberVladislav was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in July 2009. Prior to that, from 2006, he sat on the Board of Directors at URSA Bank. Vladislav joined URSA Bank as First Deputy General Director in 2005 as part of the merger between Sibacadembank and Uralvneshtorgbank, where he started his banking career and held a variety of positions, including specialist in the department of analysis and economic planning (1996), specialist in the department of treasury operations (2001), and eventually First Vice-President (2004). Vladislav graduated from the Urals State Technical University in 2000, specializing in mathematical methods and research of operations in economics. |

Constantine RogovManagement Board Member, Managing Director of Treasury DepartmentConstantine was elected to the merged MDM Bank Management Board in September 2009. He was also, from April 2009, a member of the Management Board of the pre-merger MDM Bank. Since 2009 he has been head of the newly-formed Treasury Department, which encompasses a number of departments from Corporate and Investment Banking. From November 2008, he worked as Deputy Head of Corporate & Investment Banking. He joined MDM Bank as the Head of Treasury in 2003. From 1998 until he joined MDM, Constantine had been Head of the Treasury Department at Impexbank, where he was in charge of liquidity management, and asset and liability management, as well as taking part in the development of the bank’s long-term strategy. Between 1995 and 1998, Constantine worked at Russian Credit Bank, where he rose from being a trader to Head the Treasury Department. He has worked in the banking industry since 1994. Constantine graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1993 with a degree in applied physics and mathematics. In 1997, he graduated from the Russian State Academy of Finance with a degree in Finance and Credit. |

Yuri VavilovDeputy General Director for Development, Management Board MemberYuri was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in July 2009. Prior to the merger between MDM Bank and URSA Bank he was responsible for Human Resources strategy at URSA. From 2006 Yuri was a member of the South Region Commercial Bank Board of Directors, before which he had been Deputy Director of Regional Development at Sibakadembank since 2001. Yuri was also elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dalvneshtorgbank (currently Orient Express Bank). Between 1999 and 2001 he held the post of the Chairman of the Management Board at Kuzbass Transport Bank. Yuri began his career in banking in 1992 at management positions with Garantbank and Accept Bank, both of which were based in Novosibirsk. Yuri graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of National Economy with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1985. |

Vadim SorokinDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberVadim joined the MDM Bank Management Board in August 2009. Since December 2008 he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the pre-merger bank. Vadim was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the pre-merger MDM Bank in October 2008. Prior to joining MDM, he worked at Deloitte and Touche (later Deloitte) CIS from 1997 to 2008. He became a partner in 2001 and managed the company’s financial institutions service practice. From 1989-1997, he worked variously as the Financial Director for Eastern European Investment Alliance, Vice President for Finance at Alba Alliance Bank, as well as the chief accountant at a transport company. Mr. Sorokin began his professional career at KPMG. He is a graduate of the Moscow Finance Institute, majoring in Accounting, Analysis and Audit. |

Tatyana PupkovaDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberTatyana was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in August 2009. In November 2008 she joined MDM as Head of the Operating Department, and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the pre-merger Management Board in January 2009. Before joining MDM, Tatyana was Chairman of Management Board at Etalonbank (formely JSC “Zheldorbank”), a role she took after leaving a similar position at Uralvheshtorgbank. Previously, Tatyana had worked at Kaspiyskiy Bank, where she was promoted from Director of the Operating Department to deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Tatyana began her career in banking at KRAMDS Bank, a commercial innovation bank in Kazakhstan. She holds higher education diplomas and degrees from the Institute of Energy, the Kazakh State Academy of Management, and the Adilet Higher School of Law. |

Ilia MitelmanDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberIlia was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in July 2009. Prior to the merger between MDM Bank and URSA Bank, he served as Deputy General Director of URSA Bank, where his primary area of responsibility was international cooperation. Between December 1999 and 2006 he was in charge of compliance control at Sibacadembank. Ilia started his banking career in 1994 and graduated from the Kemerovo State University with a law degree in 1995. |

Svetlana MironovaDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberSvetlana was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in August 2009. In March 2009, she was appointed a Deputy Chairman of the pre-merger MDM-Bank Management Board and Head of the MDM Network Management unit. She oversees issues relating to the operations, efficiency and development of the Bank’s regional network. Svetlana joined MDM Bank from URSA Bank, where she was a Deputy General Director and had headed the bank’s Urals Division since 2007. From 2005 to 2007 Svetlana was a Deputy General Director and Management Board member at Sibacadembank, where she was in charge of corporate banking. Prior to that, between 2002 and 2005, she headed the Kuzbass branch. Svetlana began her banking career in 1995 as an accountant at Russkiy Narodniy Bank. After Russkiy Narodniy Bank merged with Sibacadembank, she was a directorate head and then Deputy Director of the Kusbass branch. In 1993 Svetlana graduated from the Novosibirsk Engineering and Construction Institute with a degree in Construction Economics and Management. |

Pyotr MorsinDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberPyotr has sat on the management board since June 2006, when he was also appointed managing director of Sibacadembank, and he is currently responsible for URSA Bank’s Siberian area of operation. Pyotr has been with Sibacadembank since March 2005, when he was appointed director of the Khabarovsk branch, and by May of that year he had moved on to become director of the Kuzbass branch. Before Sibacadembank, he had held a variety of positions at Dalvneshtorgbank (Blagoveshchensk). |

Konstantin LeonovManagement Board Member, Managing Director of Direct Investment ManagementKonstantin was elected to the new MDM Bank Management Board in September 2009. Since January 2008 he had been a member of the pre-merger Bank’s Management Board. Konstantin was appointed as Managing Director of Direct Investment Management in March 2009. The Department is charged with working with problem loans of clients from specific sectors of the economy. From October 2007 until his recent appointment, Konstantin was head of the Network Management unit, before which he was Head of the MDM-Bank branch in Rostov-on-Don. Konstantin joined MDM in 2001. Prior to his career at MDM Bank, he worked in 1999 as Deputy Head of Vneshtorgbank’s Rostov Branch, and from December 1995 at the Rostov Branch of Inkombank, where he held various positions, including specialist in the Securities Trading Unit, Head of Securities Trading and eventually Head of the Branch. Konstantin graduated from the Rostov-on-Don Institute of National Economy (RINH) in 1994 with a degree in Finance, Credit and Monetary Circulation. |

Kirill NikulinDeputy General Director, Management Board MemberKirill was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in July 2009, prior to which he was in charge of Project Financing at URSA Bank. From 2004 he served as Deputy General Director of Sibacadembank. From 1994 Kirill held various positions at Uralvneshtorgbank, including Deputy Head of the Credit and Investment department, and Head of International Relations. Kirill graduated from the Urals State Forestry and Technical Academy with a degree in mechanical engineering in 1994. |

Oleg NovolodkskiyManagement Board Member, Managing Director of Risk ManagementOleg was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in September 2009. In April 2009 he was appointed Head of Risk Management. His responsibilities include control of credit, market and operational risks. Oleg joined MDM Bank from URSA Bank where he was Managing Director in charge of Risk Management. In March 2006 he joined URSA as Managing Director of Sibacadembank. From 1993 to 2006 Oleg worked in the Lead Directorate of the Central Bank of Russia’s Novosibirsk office. In 1994 Oleg graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Economic Cybernetics. |

Daniil SandlerDeputy General Director, Management Board MemeberDaniil was elected to the MDM Bank Management Board in July 2009. Prior to joining MDM Bank he controlled corporate governance, business projects efficiency, banking product development and modification at URSA Bank. From November 2006 he was Deputy General Director of Sibacadembank and a member of the Management Board. From 2005 Daniil served as Deputy Chairman of Management Board at Uralvneshtorgbank, which he joined in 1997 and held various positions, including Head of Marketing and Banking Product Development, Head of Risk Analysis and Management, Head of Strategic Development, Marketing and Analysis. He graduated from the Urals State University in 1996 with a degree in economic theory, later he defended a PhD dissertation in Economics. |
