Global Finance	Best Forex Bank Corporate Governance Editors Award Editor’s Special Award for Transparency	Global Finance magazine has released its annual rankings of the ‘Best Banks in Russia’ covering a range of sectors. Global Finance selected the best banks on a variety of criteria, both objective and subjective. Factors considered included market share, profitability, evidence of long-term strategy, management quality and commitment to improvement in corporate governance. MDM Bank has been rated as the Best Foreign Exchange Bank and won the Corporate Governance Editors Award. The magazine named MDM Bank’s auto-loan securitization by Taganka Car Loan Finance as the Best Structured Finance Deal in Eastern Europe.
Standard and Poor’s	Top ranking in The Transparency and Disclosure Survey	MDM Bank achieved the top ranking in the Standard and Poor’s Transparency and Disclosure Survey of Russian Banks for the second year in a row in 2007.
2006
Euromoney	А Leading Bank in Corporate Governance in Emerging Europe	In October 2006, Euromoney magazine named MDM Bank ‘A Leading Bank in Corporate Governance in Emerging Europe’. The Bank was named among the leading banks that employed the best practices of corporate governance standards in Emerging Europe. Corporate governance practices of the largest companies were analyzed using the following criteria: transparency of shareholder structure, financial transparency, board structure and management, relations with shareholders, and positioning of management interests. According to Euromoney, corporate governance is aimed at indemnifying shareholders against possible management miscalculations. Good corporate governance practices are beneficial to bond holders as well, since long-term investors aim to ensure company stability in the long-term.

MDM has been rated as the Best Foreign Exchange Bank, Best Domestic Eurobond arranger, Best Domestic Mergers and Acquisitions arranger, Best Bank in Corporate Governance.
Standard and Poor’s	Top ranking in The Transparency and Disclosure Survey	MDM Bank achieved the top ranking in the Standard and Poor’s Transparency and Disclosure Survey of Russian Banks in 2006.

Global Finance	Best Domestic Bank	Global Finance magazine has released its rankings for the best banks in Russia for 2005. MDM has been rated as the Best Domestic Bank and awarded the ‘Editor's Special Award for Transparency’ for Russian banks.
2004
Global Finance	Best Domestic Bank and Best Commercial Bank	MDM Bank was named ‘Best Domestic Bank’ and ‘Best Commercial Bank’ by Global Finance magazine as part of the magazine’s annual ranking of the best banks in Russia. Factors considered in granting the awards include market leadership, innovation, commitment to markets and evidence of long-term strategy.
Euromoney	Best Bank	MDM Bank, MDM Financial Group's lead operating unit, has for the second year running been awarded the title of ‘Best Bank in Russia’ by Euromoney magazine under the magazine’s ‘Awards for Excellence’ program.
Emerging Markets	Best Bank and Best Investment Bank	MDM Bank was named ‘Best Bank’ and ‘Best Investment Bank’ in Russia and the CIS by Emerging Markets magazine at the EBRD's annual meeting in London. Emerging Markets based its awards on the opinions of leading investment banking analysts and the assessments of international rating agencies.
2003
The Banker	Bank of the Year	MDM Bank was named 'Best Bank in Russia' by The Banker for the second year in a row. The Banker's editorial board selects award winners based on their achievements during the year including financial performance, new business initiatives and the use of technology to support business development.
Euromoney	Best Bank Best Financial Borrower for Central and Eastern Europe	MDM Bank was awarded the title of 'Best Bank in Russia' by Euromoney under the magazine's 'Awards for Excellence' program. In making its awards, Euromoney focuses on the quality of management, strategic focus, profitability and innovation of the banks it reviews. In making the award, Euromoney cited MDM's success in placing its initial US$ 125 mln Eurobond, tapping the bond for a further US$ 75 mln and setting up its innovative US$ 300 mln short-term debt issuance program.

2002
Euroweek	One of the Best Corporate Deals in Emerging Markets	MMDM Financial Group's Eurobond was recognized as one of the best corporate deals in emerging markets in 2002. The Euroweek Awards are based on an independent and comprehensive poll conducted in December 2002 sampling banks, borrowers, investors and intermediaries in international capital markets.
The Banker	Bank of the Year	MDM was awarded Bank of the Year 2002 in Russia for its ‘determination to adopt the highest standards of international governance and its leading role in both the consolidation of the financial sector and the return of Russian banks to international markets.’
2001
Chamber of Trade and Industry	Company of the Year	MDM Bank was awarded the title of Russian ‘Company of the Year’, Chamber of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation.
2000
Euromoney	Best Domestic Bank	MDM Bank was awarded the title of ‘ Best Domestic Bank in Russia’ by Euromoney magazine
MICEX	Best Underwriter	MDM Bank was awarded the title of ‘Best Underwriter of the Year’ by Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX).
