MDM Asset Management
MDM Asset Management Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of MDM Bank engaged in managing assets of mutual investment funds, nongovernmental pension funds and private investment portfolios. The company offers investment in mutual investment funds “MDM – World of Shares” and “MDM – World of Bonds” as well as individual investment security portfolios, as well as management of the funded part of pension savings.
MDM Asset Management Ltd was established on November 30, 2000, and currently has registered capital of RUB 200 billion.
MDM Asset Management Ltd holds the following licenses:
- management of assets in investment funds, mutual investment funds and nongovernmental pension funds (¹ 21-000-1-00045, issued by the Federal Commission for the Securities Market on January 24, 2001).

Non-State Pension Fund MDM
Non-State Pension Fund «Moscow business world» was established on August 07, 2001. MDM Bank is the sole founder of NPF «MDM». Fund offers programs of voluntary non-state pension provision for corporate and individual clients.
NPF «MDM» has License No. 372/2 of 27 July 2004 issued by the Ministry of labor and social development of the Russian Federation, which allows the fund to provide non-state pension services and pension insurance.
Pension rules were registered on 28 July 2005 by the Federal Commission for the Securities Market.
