MDM Bank Name Change Registered with Central Bank of Russia

In accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 22 October 2007, regarding the change in the full corporate name of MDM Bank, as entered in the Bank’s Charter as Change No. 12, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation approved and assigned the Bank on 3 April a registered Change to the Charter and a new General License.
As of 4 April 2008, the official full corporate name of MDM Bank, translated from Russian, is Open Joint-Stock Company MDM Bank (Îòêðûòîå àêöèîíåðíîå îáùåñòâî «ÌÄÌ-Áàíê»), abbreviated as OJSC MDM Bank (ÎÀÎ «ÌÄÌ-Áàíê»).
The official name in English is MDM Bank (Open Joint-Stock Company), abbreviated as MDM Bank.
