Victor Naboichenko is appointed Corporate Secretary of MDM Bank

Moscow, September 24, 2007 – The Board of Directors of MDM Bank has approved Victor Naboichenko as Corporate Secretary.
His duties include coordinating the activities of Bank management bodies such as the Board of Directors and its Committees, the Management Board, and the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Victor Naboichenko will report directly to the Board of Directors and head the Board of Directors Administration, which is responsible for implementation of the major principles of corporate governance in the Bank.
Victor Naboichenko graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with degrees in Law (1998) and Finance and Credit (2004). He holds a PhD in Sociology and is continuing education for his EMBA at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Prior to joining MDM Bank, Victor Naboichenko headed the Corporate Secretary Department at OAO TNK-BP, where his duties included management of corporate governance matters of the vertically integrated holding with many entities registered in different countries, interaction with shareholders, investors and regulatory bodies, as well as regulation of compliance with corporate law.
In 2003 Victor Naboichenko worked as Deputy Head of Legal Service at OAO Sidanco – a company that became part of TNK-BP after its establishment.
Prior to joining OAO Sidanco, Victor Naboichenko held a number of managerial positions at Ernst & Young and the Coca-Cola Company’s Russian offices, while concurrently teaching and conducting research at a number of higher education institutions.
